EMPOWER is a 12-week online mind-body wellness program for people who are 50+ and have received an organ transplant. The program will be delivered online, and include follow-along mindful movement, breathwork and meditation routines, and a psychology-based coping skills program. Participants may be assigned to start right away or in 3 months' time. As part of the research process, they may also receive weekly brief check-ins from the study team. Participants are asked to complete a minimum of 90-12o minutes on program content each week.
Experience required
We are seeking research participants for our research study. These participants must be 50+ and have received an organ transplant ≥6 months ago.
Potential roles for PFD Partners
Research participants for the 12-week study period. Participants will be randomly assigned to start right away or in 3 months' time.
Reimbursement
There is no monetary reimbursement for enrolling in the research study.
