Solid organ transplant (SOT) recipients face lifelong challenges in maintaining physical activity due to complex medical regimens, fatigue and a non-linear health trajectory. Despite strong evidence linking regular physical activity to improved transplant outcomes and quality of life, long-term adherence remains low.
This project aims to address this gap by developing a digital self-management WebApp tailored to the unique needs of SOT recipients, supporting sustained physical activity engagement post-transplant.
This project will focus on the initial development and feasibility testing of the WebApp to empower transplant recipients in their long-term functional recover self-management, and outcomes.
