We have developed online education self-management modules to support physical activity and exercise after the 3 month post-lung transplant period when people are no longer receiving supervised rehabilitation and a design team with Healthcare Human Factors at the University Health Network have engaged a number of people early and later after lung transplant to review and provide input. We wanted a few quotes about exercising at home after supervised rehab has been completed and are looking for a few people who are longer after their lung transplant to provide these.
