CDTRP Patient Portal Launch

The Canadian Donation and Transplantation Research Program (CDTRP) is pleased to announce the launch of this 'Patient Portal' website.  This portal was designed as a one-stop-shop for transplant patients and their caregivers to find and access resources that are searchable by name, region, organ or topic. 

This website was made possible through a generous contribution from Astellas Pharma Canada, and was expertly crafted and populated by David Ciamarro and Carrie Thibodeau.
